We would love to have you as a member of our Mile Hi Family! Membership forms are available at the races, or you can find a form linked below.

Please take a few moments and familiarize yourself with our policies, rules and etc which are also posted below.

Also linked below is a W-9 form. Mile Hi does not issue any winnings without a current W-9 on file for each contestant. Once a completed form is submitted, we will forward your winnings from each race!

This is a government requirement and one we must adhere to. Regardless of the age of the contestant or the amount they win, we must have a current form on file FOR THE CONTESTANT (not parents)!

For those who don't want to pay online, simply print off the membership form, complete it and mail it or bring to next race! We will get you all set up!

W9 Form - Required by IRS
It is an IRS requirement that we secure accurate information on the attached form. We must have a current W9 on file for you prior to issuing any checks (winnings/earnings).
