Our upcoming events are listed below. You may pre-enter these races, reserve exhibitions and/or ride sessions. Pre-entry times are posted on each individual flyer.
We offer a few different ways to enter:
1. If paying with Debit/Credit Card, please click on the "Enter" Page (button at top) and you can enter the events and pay all at once.
2. You may email us at: EnterMileHi@gmail.com. We will then put you on an IOU List and you pay onsite---CASH ONLY unless you are a Mile Hi member then you can write a check. We are not set up to accept debit/credit cards on site.
3. You can enter on site and go to bottom of draw. CASH ONLY! Please keep in mind, we cannot guarantee splits for on-site entries.
Our 2024-2025 Competitive Year kicked off October 1st! It's never too late to join! We have a Winter Series we do awards for (October 2024-March 2025), followed by a Summer Series (April 2025-September 2025), overlayed with a Year End Awards (October 2024-September 2025)!

Our Winter Series begins October 12, 2024 and will conclude March 30th, 2025!
Winter Series Awards will be based on points earned at these races!
Summer Series events begin April and end in September, 2025.
Summer Series Awards will be based on points earned in the Summer Series Events.
Year End Awards will be based on points earned for the entire competitive year for Mile Hi

FRIDAY JANUARY 10TH 3 PM:
Good afternoon all....please take the time to read this post with respect to information regarding the barrel race tomorrow at Double Check - January 11th.
First off, and most importantly, we are postponing the race to Sunday February 2nd due to the weather we received this week and what is forecasted for tomorrow.
While today is teasing us significantly and appears to be a nice day, a cold front with winds come in overnight tonight into tomorrow along with potential for snow. Now, who knows WHO or WHERE it will all hit ... but there's already a significant number of folks who were "blown in" yesterday and experiencing difficulty getting out....out east and down south took it bad!
Our entries were holding really well given it's January in Colorado and the cold, snow, and wind we received....but this morning the draw outs started and it's ugly!
The facility is kind enough to postpone us until Sunday February 2nd and in looking at other's schedules it's actually an OPEN DAY! So, please mark your calendars...we will run at Double Check on Sunday February 2nd!
The arena will be open for Open Riding if any of you want to go exercise horses and ride.... please be sure to pay the facility (the rules are posted at the arena next to the payment box). If the weather is such that you can go, by all means please do...it would be nice to support them!
I apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience this might cause anyone .... I trust me I have stressed over it all day long..... trying to get creative trying to see if we can make it work....to no avail! Weather is getting us and entries dropped!
