We offer a few different ways to enter:
1. If paying with Debit/Credit Card, please click on the "Enter" Page (button at top) and you can enter the events and pay all at once.
2. You may email us at: EnterMileHi@gmail.com. We will then put you on an IOU List and you pay onsite---CASH ONLY unless you are a Mile Hi member then you can write a check. We are not set up to accept debit/credit cards on site.
3. You can enter on site and go to bottom of draw. CASH ONLY! Please keep in mind, we cannot guarantee splits for on-site entries.

The flyer has been released! YAY! And I realize it’s a busy one, SOOOOOOO PLEASE TAKE TIME AND READ THIS POST…IT HAS DETAILED INFORMATION FOR EVERYONE!
This is the weekend of our KK RUN FOR VEGAS/JR NFR DOUBLE QUALIFIER! That’s right, we are hosting TWO qualifying barrel races: Saturday at 1 pm and Sunday at 1 pm along with a Pole Bending Qualifier at 6 pm Saturday evening. To enter the Qualifying Events, that is handled thru SaddleBook. When you enter, KK Run For Vegas/JR NFR will charge you for their qualifying race(s) AND for the OPEN race at the Colorado Mega Race. Your time carries over to the open race from the qualifying races. IF you want to enter additional races for the weekend or reserve Stalls and RV’s, those requests are taken via www.MileHiBarrelHorse.com and we will post a link on Sunday May 31st which will open the entries on Monday June 1st! Please note, entries and stall/rv reservations are NOT OPEN UNTIL JUNE 1! Purchasing or entering ahead of time will get you in the WRONG race!

The KK Qualifier will kick off the races each day Saturday and Sunday at 1 pm followed by the rest of the jackpot. On Sunday, the shoot out contestants will immediately follow the KK Qualifiers! So be sure to check your draw when posted. Sunday is a complete line up of races!
The Colorado Mega Race is also our annual fundraiser; all entries have been increased by $10 donation to the Helping Hands Fund; a fund designed to help local barrel racers in their significant times of need! Our efforts have always been appreciated and we have helped many throughout the years.
Please note arrival to the fairgrounds on Friday must be after 1 pm. We do can NOT accommodate earlier arrivals. Check in to your stalls and RV’s will begin at 1pm and checkout on Sunday must be by end of race. Everyone is charged a $25/stall cleaning fee. This fee is refundable once your clean your stall, snap a photo, and go to the office and submit it … we will process the refund. PLEASE NOTE: ALL REFUNDS MUST BE CLAIMED PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE ON SUNDAY. Emails, texts, and etc are unacceptable; refunds must be claimed on site. No exceptions!
Dress Code is enforce all three days during competition; do not need to be dress code for ride sessions/exhibitions.
Dogs must be on a leash. No barking dogs in the arena barn and YOU must clean up after your four-legged little buddy!
Holding pen is very restricted. Only ONE helper allowed. You may not walk thru the holding pen to get to grandstands. There is NO entry into the alley way except for your run. No sitting, standing, walking up in, leading up in, taking boots off or any other thing you think you need to do….doing so will result in a DQ! And I will give fair warning…I’m very strict on this aspect. No one goes in the alley for any reason other than to run.
Additionally, when the tractors aren’t running and/or the race is running, everyone must stay forward on the fences in the holding pen. No riding around, no doing circles. Doing so will result in a DQ. This is a safety policy that I am equally passionate about. So, please stay forward on the fences so everyone stays safe!
Warm up pens are located outside. It is survival of the fittest out there and we ask that everyone be courteous and kind. We are all there for the same reason: to warm up, have fun, and attempt to make a good run. We can all be kind to each other.

We have two races on Saturday:
You can run a second time or carry your time over from race 1 to race 2.
We do offer buyback option if you didn’t like your race 1 run and are rolling over, you can buy back you race 2 run for $20. this is only if you were carring your time from race 2 to race 1. Just come let us know if the office if you decided to run race 2 after committing to a roll over.

Please Note:
There are no shavings available on site. Bring your own. Stalls are on dirt, some have mats some don’t. Bring your own…no paper shavings. All stalls must be stripped and cleaned and manure taken to the bins at the North End of each barn. There are a limited number of wheelbarrows and manure rakes available for your use. But, you might consider bringing your own rakes! (Theirs are pretty beat up)
I’ve included a map of the parking area. Please take a peek at it and have an understanding of where you can park. They will tow you if you are in a non-parking, permit only area …. The fire department is pretty strict on them.
It is a gorgeous part of the state and some fun local things around. The fairgrounds sits in the middle of town so-to-speak so there’s ton of access to a wide variety of businesses. Tractor Supply is right across the road for your shaving and/or equine needs. Lots of restaurants and antique boutiques on main street. We ask that you please respect the fairgrounds and keep your area clean. It is a self cleaning facility meaning WE are the self that has to clean up. So, everyone needs to rake up and clean up around your trailers before departing the facility! PLEASE!
